1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Time, ET), Monday – Friday
  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays)

Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

  • Shipping Method: Standard Shipping
  • Estimated Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Monday – Friday)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders within the United States

All shipping costs (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours
  • You can track your order via the carrier’s website or through the link provided in your confirmation email

6. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed or you have not received your package within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@ibelamp.com.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
