At Ibelamp, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process as outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Return Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions, including the correct return address if applicable.

Important:

  • Please do not send items back without prior authorization
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 1–5 business days
  • Processing Time: Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items returned in a condition different from original
  • Items missing parts or packaging not due to our error
  • Returns requested outside the 30-day window (if accepted at our discretion)

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered (unless defective)

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

7. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
